ETCP LDI EXAM APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 15TH

ETCP is extending the application deadline to October 15, 2007 for all three exams being offered at LDI in Orlando, FL. Submit your application today to sit for the Entertainment Electrician, Arena Rigging and/or Theatre Rigging exams.

Riggers and electricians, join 350 of industry's best and get the recognition you deserve by becoming ETCP Certified! Examinations will be held November 16 and 17, 2007 in conjunction with the LDI Conference and Tradeshow.

The electrical certifications are designed for highly experienced electricians (including leads, supervisors, and managers of entertainment electrical work). The rigging certifications are designed for highly experienced riggers (rigging supervisors, high steel riggers, fly-persons, etc).

The exams will be given as follows:

Entertainment Electrical Exam:  November 16, 2007 (2:00 pm)
Arena Rigging:  November 17, 2007 (9:00 am)
Theatre Rigging:  November 17, 2007 (2:00 pm)

Interested applicants must submit their application, along with supporting materials and fee, postmarked by October 15, 2007.

If you apply and are accepted to sit for the exam but end up with a last minute job, you have up to one year to take the exam at a computer testing center or at another paper and pencil administration.
