ETCP EXAMS OFFERED AT 2010 USITT AND INFOCOMM SHOWS The ETCP Council is pleased to announce that paper and pencil test administrations are scheduled for 2010 at the USITT Conference and Stage Expo in Kansas City, MO and at InfoComm in Las Vegas, Nevada. Many major venues and employers across North America are now requiring ETCP Certified Technicians for lead positions. Join the industry's top riggers and electricians - become ETCP Certified! ETCP Certification gives employers independent confirmation of the abilities and skills you have worked so hard to master. Know your stuff? Prove it! Take the ETCP exam to show off your skills! All three ETCP examinations will be offered at USITT in Kansas City, MO. The application deadline for this administration is March 1, 2010. Entertainment Electrical Exam: March 31, 2010 (9:00 am) The Arena Rigging and the Entertainment Electrician examinations will be offered at InfoComm in Las Vegas, NV. The application deadline for this administration is May 7, 2010. If you are unable to attend either test administration, you can apply to take an examination at a computer testing center near you. All three exams are available at over 190 testing centers in the U.S. and Canada on most business days. The ETCP Council members are key leaders drawn from entertainment business, labor, facilities, associations, and academia representing the diversity of the entertainment industry.
